Synopsis

Secrets, secrets and more secrets.....This book is full of them! Money, lies, sex, deceit, it's all here. Covered in Coal is all about Carly Jo's life as the daughter of a successful coal mine owner. As a young child she learned about loss. As a teen she learned about betrayal. As an adult she got a dose of loss and betrayal again, only this time there are secrets being found out and secrets still being kept. Love triangle?....yes, there is one of those, of sorts. Carly Jo, Colton and Luke. I'm not going to tell you the how's and why's of it....you need to read this book and find out for yourself! Hahhaha! I will say this.... that ending...Damn it's a doozy of a cliffhanger!!

It did take me some time to get into this book. It's not my favorite writing style, but the story's twist & turns kept me wanting to know what was going to happen and to who. I will read the next book because that cliffhanger left me needing more!
